Ecuador - Guayaquil - Chimborazo - Tena - Quito Guayaquil

This would be a short foto-story about a one week trip in Ecuador. We started in Guayaquil and then: Machala - Cuenca - volcano Chimborazo - Banos - Tena - Baeza - Quito, and back to Guayaquil. In complete we got 1900 km., doing to the conditions of the roads; starting from Pan American high way and to little ground roads in the Amazon, where the speed sometimes did not even gets over 20 km/h.

Climbing up on Chimborazo. Suddenly the winter came to Ecuador- the country of constant summer!

Our guests from Europe were fine with that, but the local one did not do that well, and right away put a cap.

Just a few hours and it was warm again. This part of the road was Banos- Tena, some of the rivers must be taking by ford.

We got to Tena.... The most important thing is to eat well and on time!

The local ones were surprised: we ate way too much!

Canoa expeditions...

And here one tovarish got sick after the meal. And so decided to ask shaman for help...the next day our friend could not even get out of bed, and was not there for rafting.

This is our boat...

The last instructions.
